NORWICH – On Monday July 13 in Chenango County Court a Norwich man, Ward C. Lozier, was sentenced to up to five years in a state prison.

Lozier was arrested earlier in the year on charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B Felony. According to authorities, Lozier and a co-defendant knowingly possessed heroin with the intent to sell.
