BINGHAMTON – The Department of Veterans Affairs is moving ahead with construction of a new community based outpatient health clinic in the Southern Tier.

The announcement was made by U.S. Representative Richard Hanna this week that the new facility will be located at 203 Court St. in Binghamton with a lease term of 20 years.

The new outpatient clinic will allow the VA to provide quick access to primary care, diagnostic services, physical therapy, cardiology, gastrointestinal services, and behavioral health and group therapy.
