Once at the residence, Deputy Lawrence obtained consent to conduct a search of the property. Deputy O’Hara, and K-9 Jeroen, were requested to assist.
Officer Markey of the NYS Department of Environmental Conversation Police was also present and assisting with the investigation.
During the course of the investigation, additional discarded one-pot bottles were said to be found on the property, along with precursors for the making of methamphetamine.

NYS Police CCSERT team responded to the scene to conduct a cleanup of the hazardous materials at the initial dumpsite and the residence once the additional items were located.
The two men were taken into custody without incident. Both individuals were processed and arraigned in the Town of Sherburne Court.
