Oxford Legion to offer early bird dinner to members

OXFORD – The Oxford American Legion Fort Hill Post #376 will be offering its annual complimentary dinner for members who have paid their membership dues on or before Veterans Day—Nov. 11, 2015.
The “Early Bird” dinner, a reward for paying early, will be served on Saturday, November 14, complete with cocktail hour from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. with dinner following from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
As in usual fashion, the Early Bird dinner will include NY strip steak, baked potato, tossed green salad, Italian bread and cake for dessert.
“Early Bird” Legionnaires, SAL, Auxiliary and Associate members are free; their guests are $10. per person.
Those interested members please do one of these three ways to confirm: come in and sign-up on the Legion Post’s bulletin board sheet in the bar; call the Legion at 843-8166; or email amerlegion@stny.rr.com to RSVP.
State who you are, confirm that you’re coming, and how many (paid) guests you’re bringing. RSVP as soon as possible as the Legion needs an exact number of attendees.
The Oxford American Legion, Post #376, is located at 17 South Washington Avenue.
This is a member’s only dinner; not open to the public. Members are required to show their 2016 membership card for admittance.
