NORWICH – The Norwich Police Department took one suspect into custody early Friday morning after authorities found meth lab material dumped outside a Silver Street residence.

Elizabeth Wynns, a 31-year-old Utica resident, was arrested by the Norwich Police Department on five separate charges. They include:

• Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the third degree

• Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree

• Unlawful disposal of meth lab material
