NORWICH – On Feb. 24, 2016, the Cornell Cooperative extension of Chenango located at 99 N. Broad St. in Norwich will offer Pruning Workshop Part 1: Fruit Trees & Soft Fruits.
The educational outreach will be led by Horticulture Educator Patty Catalano from 4–7 p.m.
Learn how to get the best out of your fruit trees and soft fruits. The class will teach propoer technniques for pruning of fruit trees, soft fruits and possibly more. If you’ve never pruned before, you will also learn basic pruning cuts and methods. Pruning is important for poverall plant health, come learn how to do it right.
