NORWICH – Despite the lack of ice, the 2016 Chenango Lake Perch Derby did have winners. The Guaranteed $1,000, donated by NBT Bank, was given away in six drawings amongst those who had pre-registered. The raffle ticket prizes were also awarded.

On Saturday, Feb. 20 (the postponement date), drawings were held for the guaranteed $1,000 and the ticket raffle.
