NORWICH – Effective March 1, 2016, Nate Foote and Alex Scorzafava, both former Producer Development Associates, were promoted to fully licensed Account Executives. In their new roles, Nate and Alex will represent the agency as they seek to develop new relationships with existing and potential clients. Both are licensed in Life, Accident, and Health, as well as Property/Casualty insurance. Nate is located in Norwich, NY and Alex is based in Oneonta, NY.

Lorna Davenport, Customer Service Representatives in Claims recently earned her Associate in Claims (AIC) designation. This new title supports her exceptional communication skills and policy knowledge. Lorna is located at the agency’s Vestal office.

Lisa Casey, Customer Service Representative in Benefits passed the New York State Life and Health Insurance Licensing exam. With this achievement, she will officially enter her new role as Customer Service Representative where she will assist clients with life, health, dental, or voluntary products. Lisa is located at the agency’s Norwich office.
