Tuesday Afternoon Mixed League results

NORWICH – There was a new winner in the Tuesday Afternoon Mixed League yesterday, Mar. 29. ‘Murphy’s Law’ took the top honors, notching 60 points on their way to victory. The ‘Alley Oops’ finished in second place, four points behind with 56 points, while ‘Crazy Four’ followed close behind, recording 55 points on the night.
The top three men’s bowlers on the night were: Tim Calvert, who boasted both the peak three game series on the night, bowling a 664, and single game-high tally of 255; Jim Kenyon, who bowled a 661 series, with a game-high of 254 and Dwight Meade, who finished with a 637 series and a game-high of 231.
On the women’s side, Joan Costello had the top series on the night, throwing a 498, with a single-game high of 181. Judy Harrington ended with a 474 three-game series, and a league high single game tally of 181, while Shirley Cummings rolled a 459 three-game series and a single-game high of 166.
