UNADILLA – On April 13, New York State Police Officers out of the Troop C Barracks in Sidney were advised of an prior incident, occurring at a residence in Unadilla.

David J. Hotaling Jr., 84, of Unadilla was arrested by said Troopers for the misdemeanor of forcible touching, stemming from the prior incident that allegedly occurred around two months prior to April 13. The victim in this matter is said to have been an adult.

Hotaling was arraigned in the Town of Unadilla court and was released.
