Britton shoots two under par, despite S-E falling to NY Mills
SHERBURNE – Sherburne-Earlville varsity golf team hosted visiting New York Mills at Mountain Top Golf Course, a par 35 course.

“Max Britton once again led the match with a two under par 33 for S-E. Max did a great job
of recovering from a few errant tee shots. He continues to play at a very high level in his senior year,” said S-E head coach John Butzgy.
While the New York Mills Medalist, Cameron Soja shot only one over par at 36.
S-E also saw Jacob Bennett come away with a 48, followed by Garrison French at 54, and Dalton Jones at 55.
For New York Mills Dalton Brown only trailed their medalist by two when he shot a 38, followed by AJ Mitchell at 41, and Kenny Egan at 42.
“Another windy day at Mountain Top. New York Mills has a strong team this year and put together a very solid performance,” said Butzgy.
