Miers receives award

The Chenango District of the Baden-Powell Boy Scouts of America honored Norwich native Fred Miers as its 2016 Distinguished Citizen on May 12. A ceremony and dinner marking the occasion was hosted by the Canasawacta County Club in the town of Norwich and was attended by many of the area's dignitaries.
