BAINBRIDGE– The New York State Police at Sidney recently arrested one individual for DWI charges among others after causing a two car accident.

The State Police Troopers responded to a Chenango County 911 call on May 12, 2016 at approximately 7:41 p.m. for a two vehicle personal injury accident on State Route 206 in the Town of Bainbridge.

James D. Cooke, 31, of Bainbridge was arrested by the responding troopers for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content result of allegedly .16 percent, as well as other traffic violations.
