Members of The Sidney Federal Credit Union in Norwich looked to give a little back to their community when they participated in the Adopt-A-Highway Program on May 21, 2016. The members of SFCU elected to adopt the stretch of highway from their branch at the bottom of the hill, continuing up State Highway 23.
