5th grade students from Perry Browne restock Canasawacta Creek

NORWICH – On Monday, June 6, fifth grade students from Perry Browne released approximately 100 Brook Trout, restocking the Canasawacta Creek.

“This is a science project that works in cooperation with ‘Trout in the Classroom,’ said fifth grade science and math teacher, Bruce Williams. “At the beginning of the project we learn about the importance of restocking the fish in the environment.”
