NORWICH – The Elks Lodge, #1222, in Norwich, will be hosting its annual Flag Day ceremony in East Side Park tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14, at 6:30 p.m. The Patriot Guard Riders and the local Boy Scouts will also be participating in the ceremonies.
