NORWICH - The Chenango SPCA (CSPCA) is holding a Full Bellies Pet Food Pantry Day to serve residents of Chenango County who need a little help feeding their pets. This program, which runs solely on donations of dog and cat food, is a great way to give pet owners who need a little extra hand when times are tough so they may continue to keep their beloved pets in their home, and not have to surrender them for adoption.

To qualify, please show up with photo ID, proof of physical address, and proof of hardship or need (public assistance or social security award letter, etc.
