Oxford early dismissal scheduled

OXFORD – The Oxford Academy and Central School will hold an early dismissal drill on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016. Students will be released from school 15 minutes early to test the District's early dismissal response. Students will be arriving home 5 to 10 minutes earlier than normal.
It is important to note that in case of an actual emergency these procedures may be carried out without advance notice. Children may be coming home to either empty houses or locked doors. Parents must make contingency plans with their children to go to the home of a neighbor if the children require supervision.
Both the Primary School YMCA After School Program and the Middle School After School Program will be available.
