NORWICH — Jeremy P. Coates, 46, of Norwich appeared at the Chenango County Court Monday, Oct 31 to be arraigned for his alleged involvement the death of David Green, 58, in the Town of Oxford.

Chenango County Judge Frank B. Revoir Jr. began the hearing by stating the six felony counts against Coates.
