GREENE – Greene High School hosted an event in their library on Nov. 10, to celebrate the signing of a National Letter of Intent that Greene senior Katie Anderson signed. Anderson will be heading to her parents alma mater – Colgate University – to play Field Hockey.

“I am really excited to play,” said Anderson when asked about competing at the collegiate level.

Although Anderson is currently undecided on a major of study while attending Colgate, she has made it known that she intends to continue dancing – something she has enjoyed for the past 14 years. Anderson played her senior year in the midfield position for the Greene Trojans, who made a postseason push in 2016.
