NORWICH—The Chenango County District Attorney’s Office is pleased to announce a guilty verdict rendered after a bench trial for the charges of grand larceny in the third degree in Broome County.

The Chenango District Attorney’s acted as a special prosecutor, presented the case People v. Garo Kachadourian before Judge Joseph F. Cawley in Broome County Court the week of November 28 – December 1.

On December 13, in Broome County Court, Judge Cawley rendered a guilty verdict, convicting Kachadourian of grand larceny in the third degree.
