SYRACUSE – Oxford Academy High School senior Jon Heggie stepped back into the ring for yet another bout in the world of amateur boxing at 152 pounds – this 10th bout resulting in a 10th win for the Blackhawk.

Heggie has been running through the competition to this point in his young career, and now holds a double-digit record of 10-0 overall.

Heggie remains undefeated after winning a close decision on Jan. 21, when he edged out Greg O'Neil from Rochester, New York. The next stop for Heggie is the Golden Gloves tournament begins on Jan. 29.
