Liberty Resources offers domestic violence legal aid clinic
NORWICH - The Liberty Resources Help Restore Hope Center of Chenango County has announced the launch of a Domestic Violence Legal Aid Clinic starting March 17, of this year.
The Legal Aid Society will be offering services on legal issues associated with Domestic Violence and Family, Housing, Disability, or Public Benefits. The Clinic will be housed locally in downtown Norwich on the third Wednesday of every month.

The Help Recover Hope Center also offers training and presentations to community groups, schools, colleges, and others on a wide variety of related issues, including: Talking about Touching Program (for elementary students), Healthy Relationships, Domestic Violence 101, Intimate Partner Violence and Pregnancy, as well as various other topics.
The clinic hours will be offered once a month from 10 a.m. through noon, either by appointments, or by walks-in – which are always welcome time permitting.
