Senator Fred Akshar hosted the World Series Champion Maine-Endwell Little League team–along with their families and coaches–in Albany on Tuesday, Feb. 28. The team enjoyed lunch at the Legislative Office Building followed by a private tour of the NYS Capitol Building. Their day in Albany culminated with a Resolution read in their honor–on both the Senate and Assembly chamber floors–followed by standing ovations from both houses of state government.
