Two arrested on charges of selling heroin

NORWICH – City of Norwich Police reports that two individuals sit in a local jail following their arrest for knowingly and unlawfully selling heroin.


Adam J. Daring, 31, and Kristine M. Tiffany, 33, were arrested on Thursday, July 6 and were each charged with the criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony. It's reported in this instance that the narcotic drug in question was heroin. Daring and Tiffany's residencies are both listed as homeless.


Norwich Police Department reports that an investigation, which included members of NPD and the Chenango County Sheriff's Office, led to the arrest of Daring and Tiffany. Furthermore, it's reported that the investigation leading to the arrests spanned just over one month.
