NORWICH – The Chenango County Retired Teachers’ Association is gearing up for its annual fall meeting.

The event will be held Sept. 20 at the Canasawacta Country Club in Norwich. Registration starts at 3 p.m., with a short business meeting and speaker to follow.

Dinner will be served at 4:45 p.m. This year’s speaker is Paul Farfaglia, a teacher member of the New York State retirement board. Farfaglia will focus on the impacts of the proposed Constitutional Convention and other pressing issues of importance related to educators’ hearts and wallets.
