ENDWELL – New York State Police at Endwell arrested Bryan C. Vasseur Jr., 31, of Mount Upton, for three counts of third degree burglary and two counts of fourth degree attempted grand larceny, all felonies, on October 4.

This arrest occurred after troopers were advised of an incident that had occurred on Cedar Court in the Town of Union.

An investigation determined that the Vasseur was allegedly using the name of “Brandon,” was posing as a real estate agent, and was attempting to rent properties that were in foreclosure.
