NORWICH – The race for two seats on the Town of Norwich Council has been a close one with only 18 votes separating the three leading candidates, according to preliminary election results.

Stanley D. Foulds (R) and Debra A. Cubbedge (D) are unofficial winners of the Town of Norwich Council race after receiving 418 votes and 416 votes respectively.
