Two Pitcher residents arrested, police investigation into meth sales ongoing

PITCHER – The Chenango County Sheriff's Office arrested two Town of Pitcher residents Tuesday after executing a search warrant as part of an investigation into the sale of methamphetamine.


Robert E. Miller was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and Lyndsey N. Cook was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.


The search warrant was issued by Chenango County Court Judge Frank Revoir Jr., following a drug investigation by the sheriff's office. Police would not disclose any further information Thursday, saying the investigation was ongoing and additional charges were likely.
