New York officials warning of extreme cold in Adirondacks

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Travelers and outdoor enthusiasts are being warned of extremely cold temperatures expected in the Adirondack Mountains through the holiday weekend.


The National Weather Service has issued a wind-chill advisory for most of the Adirondacks for Wednesday, with expected wind chills of minus-15 to minus-25 below zero.
