KINGSTON, N.Y. (AP) — Wind chill readings are expected to fall well below zero around upstate New York in the wake of a massive winter storm skirting the region.

Warnings are up from Thursday night through Sunday morning, with wind chill readings likely to be 15 to 25 degrees below zero across much of the state.
