Sherburne man charged for firing shotgun through door
NORWICH - A domestic dispute at a Sherburne home led police to respond to shots being fired in December.
A Chenango County grand jury indicted Richard A. Clark for several charges that allegedly occurred on December 16 at a residence along Casey Cheese Factory Road in Sherburne.
According to the indictment, Clark allegedly pointed a loaded revolver at the victim, damaged furniture, and fired a shotgun blast through the front door during the dispute- while two children were sleeping in adjacent rooms.
