GREENE – Olivia Kennedy threw her first Varsity start on Monday and pitcher her way the no-hitter of her young career as the Lady Trojans took down Delhi 19-1.

Kennedy pitched her way 11 strike-outs through five shut-out innings on the mound.

Greene’s catcher, Tiffany Johns had two hits in her plate appearances, including a triple. Johns finished the game with a three runs batted in.

The Lady Trojans had 14 hits against Delhi’s pitcher, recording 17 of their 19 runs scored in the opening inning of the game.

The eyes of the Delhi hitters allowed the Bulldogs to reach base five times due to walks. Delhi scored their lone in fourth inning.
