NORWICH – The City of Norwich Common Council passed a motion on Tuesday night to push back its monthly meetings from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The change will take effect at the council's May 15 meeting. It will also take effect for the city's joint committees meeting on Tuesday, May 1.
