Butternut Valley Garden Club to host annual spring trip
MORRIS – The Butternut Valley Garden Club is hosting its annual spring bus trip on Thursday, June 7.
There will be a guided tour of the historic Vanderbilt Mansion and Gardens at Hyde Park in the morning. At noon, lunch will be served at the fabulous Beekman Arms, located in Rhineback.
On the way home there will be a stop at Adam’s Nursery to shop for gardening tools, plants and flowers. The bus service will be provided by Hale Transportation.
The bus trip is open to the public. The bus will leave Morris at 6:30 a.m. and Hales Garage in Oneonta at 7 a.m. and will return to Oneonta at 6:30 p.m. and Morris at 7:30 p.m.. A few seats are still available. For cost of the day trip, information, or reservations, call Anne at (607) 783-2232.
