Rehabilitation of Plymouth Street started Thursday

NORWICH – The City of Norwich Department of Public Works began resurfacing Plymouth Street on Thursday. The rehabilitation of the street is expected to be completed by Wednesday, July 18.


A public notice from the city states limited access to Plymouth Street will be allowed during the milling process and there will be no access to the street during the resurfacing process.


Access to the street will be restored daily after construction is complete around 5 p.m. The city said there is no detour planned for motorists during the construction.
