On Saturday the 23rd Annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament will begin with a first shot being thrown at 8 a.m. on the men’s basketball court in the Tops parking lot. The two day tournament draws hundreds of teams from across the region and county, which takes place on and around East Main Street in Norwich.
