GREENE – The home Trojans held off the fighting Bulldogs from Delhi as they attempted to claw back for the win. Greene held a two set lead heading into the third game but Delhi won the next two to force a deciding fifth set.

The Lady Trojans were determined to win the match as they did everything to win the final game 25-21 to win 3-2 over Delhi Friday evening.

Greene took the first two sets with scores of 25-22 and 25-20.

Delhi came storming back to win the next two 25-16 and 25-17.

Julianna Ayres of the Trojans’ paced the home team as she recorded four aces, four kills and 17 digs in the win.
