NORWICH – A Norwich man is facing felony charges after he allegedly stabbed a victim within the City of Norwich.

Matthew J. Neer, 36, of Norwich was charged with first-degree assault, a class B felony, and tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, following an incident in the City of Norwich.
