NORWICH – Norwich High School sophomores Andrew Meccariello, Jessie Sutton, and Sydney Coggins have been selected to represent the Purple Tornado at the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Conference (HOBY) in Spring 2019.

An internationally recognized conference, HOBY aims to help young people make a difference and become positive catalysts for change in their home, school, workplace, and community.

Meccariello, Sutton, and Coggins will join a select group of sophomore leaders from schools across 16 counties in central New York for a weekend of fostering and fine tuning leadership skills.
