NORWICH – NBT Bank’s Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking Thomas Sutton announced Jill Eddy has been promoted to Vice President.

Eddy has six years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as the Retail Banking Administration Manager. Since joining NBT, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility including Branch Manager, Multi-Site Branch Manager and Retail Banking Administrator. Prior to joining NBT Bank, she worked for Commerce Chenango and owned Lily Katherine’s Bridal Boutique.
