NORWICH – Three individuals are facing drug charges after police raided their apartment in the City of Norwich Thursday morning.

John E. Bush Sr., 42, of Norwich was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and first-degree criminal nuisance, a class E felony.

Barry R. Howe and Zestina T.L. Barnes, both 25, and of Norwich were charged with first-degree criminal nuisance, a class E felony.

According to the Norwich Police Department, their agency and the Chenango County Sheriff's Office have concluded an investigation into the sale of methamphetamine in the City of Norwich.
