NORWICH – The future of the Chenango SPCA’s Fur Ball is looking solid after the 15th annual fundraiser on Saturday was considered a success by CSPCA staff.

CSPCA Executive Director Annette J. Clarke said while they don’t have the numbers finalized yet, roughly $6,000 was raised at this year’s Fur Ball at the Canasawacta Country Club––over $2,000 of which came from the event’s silent auction.

“When all was said and done, it worked out well,” said Clarke. “The evening was good, people seemed to have a great time. Those that were there, they loved the band, they loved the food, the auction did well.”
