NBT Promotes Three to Assistant Vice President

NORWICH – NBT Bank President and Chief Executive Officer John H. Watt, Jr. announced three local leaders were promoted to Assistant Vice President, including Brittany Davis, Bradley Oliver and Justin Rowe.

Brittany Davis is Retail Training Manager and joined NBT Bank in 2015 as a part of the Management Development Program. After successfully completing the program, she joined NBT’s Retail Banking team as the Retail Training Program Coordinator and advanced to her current position as Retail Training Manager. Davis is responsible for leading the training team in developing and delivering training for NBT’s Retail Banking Division. Davis earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance, Corporate Accounting and International Business from Ithaca College. Active in her community, she is a member of Emerging Leaders of Broome County.

Bradley Oliver is a Business Analyst and joined NBT Bank in 2014 as a Student Associate. In 2015, Oliver started as a full-time employee and completed the Management Development Program. He gained experience in Retail Banking as an Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager and recently joined NBT’s Systems Development Team. In his role, he is responsible for designing, developing and supporting key digital applications that enhance the customer and employee experience. Oliver earned his bachelor’s degree from Houghton College and is currently pursuing his MBA from Liberty University.

Justin Rowe is Career Development Manager and joined NBT’s Human Resources team in 2010. He advanced to his current role in 2018 and has responsibility for managing career development programs and assisting individual employees with career development plans. Prior to joining NBT Bank, he was the Labor Relations Supervisor and Marketing Product Manager for Amphenol. Rowe earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Binghamton University and MBA from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Active in his community, he is a volunteer coach for Norwich YMCA Pee Wee Baseball.
