Troopers looking for missing Smyrna woman

SMYRNA – The New York State Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a Smyrna woman who hasn't been seen in a week.

Troopers say 26-year-old Amber Garrison was last seen at the Super 8 motel in Norwich on Aug. 9 but hasn't had any contact with her family since July 19.

Garrison is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall.

Police say she may be driving a red 2012 Chevy Traverse with NY registration HXK6632.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Sidney at 607-561-7400. Refer to SJS number 9082361.
