Milford Academy Falcons kick-off season with exhibition against HVCC
NEW BERLIN – After seeing 10 of his former players reach the NFL this past off-season, Head Coach Bill Chaplick and the Milford Academy Falcons will look to continue their “national tradition of winning” in their first game of the season against Hudson Valley Community College Wednesday, August 21.
The game is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Vikings’ campus in an exhibition games as both prepare for their upcoming seasons.
The Falcons do not have any home games on their 2019 schedule but will face off against both SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College’s junior varsity teams. Milford will take on the Dragons at Cortland on October 13 before heading to the home of the Bombers on October 27, both Sunday contests.
Chaplick’s squad also has games against the Yale (September 22), Navy (October 18) and Army (November 4) JV teams this season.
