NORWICH – Trustees of the Richard and Marian Cook Foundation gathered at the Norwich Campus of Morrisville College to award scholarships to graduates of Norwich High School.

The Richard L. and Marian P. Cook Foundation, otherwise known as the Cook Foundation, awards scholarships annually to Norwich High School students that attend Morrisville College.
