NORWICH – The Chenango Arts Council is pleased to begin their 2019-2020 Performance Season with a free concert on Sunday, October 6, at 2 pm in the Martin W. Kappel Theater.

The Catskill Valley Wind Ensemble will be led by co-conductors Scott Rabeler and Andrew Pease.
