The Festival of Bands will be hosted by the Norwich Field Band, is set to take place this Saturday, October 19 at the Norwich High School Stadium. Five bands – Jordan-Elbridge, Westmoreland, Vestal, Union-Endicott and the hometown Norwich band – will take the field in competition starting at 6 p.m. The gates open at 5 p.m. and will happen rain or shine.
