Earlville Opera House to present Nate Gross concert

EARLVILLE – The Earlville Opera House is thrilled to present local musician Nate Gross on Friday, November 15 at 7pm in our Arts Café.

As stated by Gross, “There are so many great guitar players out there today. We have the world at our fingertips and have access to every learning resource we can imagine but what is skill without soul?” If you want to hear and feel this truth, come on out on November 15 as Nate Gross is nothing less than an old soul himself.

At 37 years old, Nate has accomplished great success in the industry playing the styles that have been set aside as a new generation of pop music takes over our ears. The Blues. Jazz. Traditional Country. R&B. Americana. All these elements make up the musical landscape of the 20th Century but seem to be lost until now. Nate fuses these styles together like a cross country trip down Route 66.

Like Kieth Richards once said, "If it's not about the Blues, then why bother?" Today, Nate has reached back to his roots and is exploring his love of the Blues more than ever.

From an audience of over 30,000 people at The Taste of Country Music Festival to touring up and down the East Coast, Nate has played for some of the best audiences a musician could hope for.

Sharing the stage with Walter Trout, Dickey Betts, Anders Osbourne, Honey Island Swamp Band, Joe Louis Walker, Willie Nelson, Victor Wainwright, Popa Chubby, JD Simo, Jason Ricci, JJ Appleton, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Big Sams Funky Nation, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Commander Cody, The Kentucky Headhunters, Blackberry Smoke, and many more, Nate has paid his dues.

If you're looking for a great groove, join us for this gig and support local music! Tickets are only $15 general admission, $13 for members, $10 for youth that are 17 and under, and are available at www.earlvilleoperahouse.com or by calling (315) 691-3550.

The Earlville Opera House is located at 18 East Main Street in the quaint Village of Earlville, NY 13332 and is handicap accessible.
